Delivery times vary based on your order. You will receive a 16-Digits tracking number after your item has been shipped which you can track your package through our online store.

For all the pre-made pendants and chains such as Zodiac Signs or Initial chains, please allow up to 5-7 business days for Delivery. You can also track your order after 2-3 days via the "Track My Order" tab.

For our personalized items, there Would be an additional 10 business days since all our personalized items are produced upon order.

Return/Replacements if your item arrives damaged or not as described.

Make sure to send us an email within 14 days of your order arrival, explaining the issue and also make sure to include 2-3 pictures of the item in the email attachment, your 4 digit order number and the first and last name of the buyer.
